2. What Tidy Pal does

Tidy Pal helps families organize and remind each other about chores. A parent sets up a family, adds chores, and invites members with a family code. The app sends reminders and tracks completion.

3. Accounts & families

You are responsible for your account and the content you add.
The owner (who pays) controls membership and settings and may promote admins.
A parent or guardian must set up the family and supervise any children who join.

4. Children

Tidy Pal is intended to be set up by an adult. By adding a child, you confirm you are their parent or guardian and consent to their use as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Tidy Pal is a paid subscription with an optional free trial; pricing is shown before you subscribe.
Payment is charged through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and renews automatically unless canceled beforehand.
Manage or cancel in your Apple ID / Google account. Refunds follow the stores' policies.
If a subscription lapses, access pauses and family data is retained for 7 days before deletion.

6. Acceptable use

No illegal activity, no attempting to break or overload the service, no harmful or offensive content, and no using it to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Cancellation & deletion

You may stop using the app and delete your account anytime from within it, which permanently removes your data.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is." We work to keep reminders reliable but don't guarantee every notification is delivered on time. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated.

9. Limitation of liability
